From the M 42, take junction 3, then A435 signposted Redditch. Stay on this road, the A435 until you reach the first roundabout at Mappleborough Green. Turn right, go straight over the next into Icknield Street Drive. Take the first left ino Ipsley Lane and we are on the left amongst the trees.
